As we near the 3rd and final phase – our advice is to follow these shorter DELOAD sessions to allow for some hard earned rest from the increase in Volume & Intensity over the 2nd Phase. All sessions are around 30 minutes in duration – and we advise to do the sessions earlier than before – for example before breakfast or on a lunch break. To allow yourself greater recovery in the evening – where we advise to spend time preparing food or getting more rest before the heat turns up in PHASE 3!!!!
